New Business Development Manager

Our New Business Development team plays a critical role in ensuring that we have a significant outreach as well as business demands from within and across various industries.The team identifies, pursues and wins strategic and tactical new business, and creates a smooth transition for our new clients into the agency.

On any given day you might

  • Help to define and develop a new business strategy tailored to the needs of the client
  • Proactively initiate new client relationships and leverage existing partnerships
  • Follow up on new business leads and identify and prioritize organic growth opportunities
  • Contribute to presentations and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate internal resources to develop client proposals
  • Lead new business/pitch presentations
  • Develop and maintain a client and prospect database
  • Lead internal new business meetings and agency updates
  • Work with the agency management team to meet overall agency vision and objectives

The ideal person

  • Has previous marketing or business development experience within an advertising/media agency or creative business
  • Has a solid track record of developing successful relationships
  • Has a proven record of closing major retained accounts
  • Has previous experience developing partnership opportunities with clear deal parameters with an outlined ROI
